What are your delivery options?

All deliveries are free within the UK.   At the moment we only ship within the United Kingdom.  

We hope to add more shipping destinations soon when we establish how to do so in a sustainable way.  

Please allow up to 7 working days for deliveries as we currently make-to-order in order not to overproduce. 

Are there taxes and duties?

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemised on the Order Summary page. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times and shipping costs.

We ship to your destination on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.

Where do you ship?

We only ship in the United Kingdom.

COVID-19 FAQs and information

We have a contact-free delivery. When a parcel has been left safe, a message will be sent from the carrier or a card will be left with details of the safe location. When placing an order, please ensure that the contact details are up-to-date.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you don't need an account to place an order.

How do I reset my password
